HOUSTON, TX – A major crash involving an overturned heavy-duty truck shut down the westbound lanes of IH-610 North Loop at the IH-45 North Freeway interchange Tuesday afternoon. According to the Lt. Garza with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the truck lost its load of gravel and a diesel spill was also reported at the scene. Deputy rescues unconscious driver from burning vehicle after major crash on FM 1960

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – An unconscious driver was pulled from a burning vehicle by a deputy following a major crash in the 300 block of FM 1960 Road near the North Freeway. https://youtu.be/HwDwRJpNNJQ According to Constable Mark Herman, Precinct 4, the deputy safely extracted the unconscious driver after the vehicle caught fire during the crash. Man fatally shot on Arts Street, collapses on Mexico Street in New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS, LA – New Orleans Police are investigating a homicide after a man was found shot in the 2400 block of Mexico Street around 9:45 a.m. on September 16, 2025. Responding officers from the NOPD’s Third District located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported by New Orleans EMS to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries. Investigators determined the actual shooting occurred in the 6300 block of Arts Street. The victim fled from that location before collapsing on Mexico Street. The Orleans Parish Coroner’s Office will determine the official cause of death and release the victim’s identity after notifying next of kin. HOUSTON, TX – Houston police have released surveillance photos of three persons of interest and their vehicles related to the fatal shooting of a 38-year-old man at an apartment complex in the 11675 block of West Bellfort Avenue. The shooting occurred around 7:30 p.m. on September 15. Officers arrived to find the male victim lying in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds.
