Four Injured During Shooting Outside Of Lincoln Bar

HOUSTON, TX – Houston Police are actively searching for two suspects involved in a shooting that occurred outside a club on the 5100 block of Washington Avenue late Saturday. The incident left four people injured, including club security personnel. According to Assistant Chief Wyatt Martin of the Houston Police Department, the altercation began inside the club around 11:30 p.m. when two Hispanic males were involved in a fight. When asked to leave by security and off-duty Harris County Sheriff's deputies, the men continued to argue about re-entering the club. Auto theft suspect with uzi style weapon fatally shot by Harris County Deputies in NE Harris County

Houston, TX – March 2, 2024 – A man has been fatally shot by Harris County Sheriff's deputies this morning in an incident that began with the recovery of a stolen vehicle. According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, deputies arrived at the 9800 block of Fleming Springs Drive in response to reports of a stolen car. Upon arrival, they encountered a man armed with an "uzi-type" firearm. A confrontation ensued, leading deputies to open fire and strike the suspect. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. No law enforcement officers were injured. The incident is currently under investigation. We will update this story with more information as it becomes available.

Teen shot multiple times in north Houston

HOUSTON (March 1, 2024) A 17-year-old male was walking with his friend in the 100 block of Goodson Drive around 11:30 p.m. As they were walking a black SUV pulled up next to them and three adult Hispanic males exited the vehicle. The suspects then chased the teen and his friend and in the process shot the teen three times. The teen was shot twice in one leg and once in the other. He is expected to survive. Police say the victim's friend may have known who the suspects were and investigators are working to determine who the suspects are. Two males, including teen were injured in a shooting at a park in north Houston

HOUSTON (March 1, 2024) – Houston Police are investigating a shooting that injured two males, including a teen near 23 Casa Grande. According to the Houston Police Department, the shooting occurred around 10 p.m. When officers responded to the shooting, they found two males, a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old old. The 16-year-old male was taken to the hospital and was said to be in bad shape after being shot in the upper body The other male was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg and is expected to recover. Shell casings were found at the scene but at this time there are no suspect or car descriptions. The investigation is ongoing.

Houston (March 2, 2024) - A driver going northbound in the southbound lanes crashed into another vehicle that was headed southbound around 4:10 a.m. this morning The impact of the crash killed both drivers. According to the Houston Police Department's Vehicular Crimes Division, the investigation is preliminary and at this point, it does not appear the wrong way driver was impaired.

HOUSTON (February 25, 2024) The Houston Police Department is investigating the fatal shooting of a 36-year-old man at his residence located at 5350 Castlecreek Drive, which occurred around 2:35 a.m. According to HPD's Homicide Division , patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the home in southwest Houston. When they arrived, they discovered two open side doors and were met by the victim's wife. The woman informed the officers that her two children were asleep in the main bedroom and that three unknown male suspects had forced entry into the home and shot her husband.
