According to HPD, the officer was traveling northbound on South Post Oak and attempting to turn west onto West Airport when the dirt bike rider, who was heading southbound on South Post Oak, struck the vehicle in the intersection. According to HPD, officers responded to the scene and found a male victim, believed to be in his late 30s to early 40s, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was arrested Tuesday after a warrant was issued for his involvement. According to the Houston Fire Department Arson Bureau, Dumser was seen on surveillance video visiting the building the night of the fire and discarding a lit cigarette into nearby bushes.
