HOUSTON – A shooting occurred on Dec. 31, 2023, at 9:54 p.m. at a residence located at 8600 Middleton Oaks Circle in Houston. The incident involved two males who were transported for medical treatment following a disturbance that led to both of them being shot. Both individuals are expected to survive their injuries. The shooting took place at a house, which can be identified in the video by its open garage door. After the incident, one of the males with a gunshot wound fled the scene. He was later found hiding a few houses away and is seen in the video exiting a side gate of a home before being loaded into an ambulance.

HOUSTON – On Jan. 1, 2024, at 1:55 a.m., officers from the 17th District Patrol Division and the Houston Fire Department were dispatched to the scene of a shooting at H2K Hookah Bar, located at 5900 Gulfton in Houston. At the scene, a victim with a gunshot wound to the neck was discovered by the officers. The Houston Fire Department rendered aid to the victim, who was then transported to a local hospital to undergo surgery. The incident unfolded after the victim entered H2K Hookah Bar through the back and was locked out for a time before being found by police and fire department personnel.

HOUSTON – A shooting incident occurred on Dec. 31, 2023, at 11:57 p.m. on 6000 Clarewood in Houston, involving a Hispanic male victim in his twenties. The victim was driving down Clarewood when he engaged in a verbal argument with an acquaintance. During the altercation, multiple rounds were fired, resulting in the victim sustaining at least one gunshot wound to the head. Despite being injured, the victim continued to drive, eventually crashing into several light poles before his vehicle came to a stop. The Houston Fire Department responded to the incident, provided medical aid to the victim, and transported him to a local hospital. The suspect has been described as a Hispanic male in his twenties, with a beard, wearing gray sweats.

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – Nov. 29, 2023 – Over six weeks after the tragic shooting of 20-year-old Malachi Lopez, his family continues to search for answers and implores the public for any information. HOUSTON, TEXAS (December 30, 2023) - At approximately 8:45 PM, a group of males was walking through an apartment complex at 800 West Greens. During this time, an unknown suspect opened fire on the group. One of the individuals was struck in the abdomen. Seeking help after being separated from the group, the injured victim knocked on several doors for help before one opened. He was then taken to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.

HOUSTON, TX (December 31, 2023) Last night, there was a party at an Airbnb property in the 4400 block of Greeley where guests were watching a football game. One of the attendees, a neighbor was invited to join the party to watch the game. After the game, the neighbor left the party and returned with a large knife and attacked one of the party attendees for unknown reasons. This happened around 1 a.m. The victim who was stabbed in the shoulder then went to his vehicle, retrieved a firearm, and attempted to shoot the suspect as he fled. The suspect is described as an African-American male in his late twenties to early thirties, wearing all black and not considered a public threat. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

HOUSTON, TX - December 29, 2023 - A 16-year-old boy was shot in an incident near West Gulf Bank and Streamside around 11:00 PM. The victim, shot through the arm with the bullet possibly entering his torso, was walking with friends when a car approached. According to the teen, a couple of individuals exited the vehicle and opened fire. The group managed to make it back to his house.
