HOUSTON, TEXAS - The Houston Police Department has released the names of six individuals who died in a traffic accident at 2000 Fannin Street around 2 a.m. on Saturday, November 11. The deceased are Izuchu Oragwu, 31, Frank Johnson, 31, Zachary McMillian, 32, Derek Hayden, 33, Christian Herrera, 25, and Lauren Robinson, 32. The incident occurred when a black Acura SUV, driven by Ms. Robinson and heading eastbound on Pierce Street, entered the intersection with Fannin Street on a green light. Simultaneously, a black Chrysler 300 driven by Mr. Herrera, traveling southbound on Fannin Street at a high rate of speed, ran a red light and collided with the Acura. PEARLAND, Texas - On November 12, 2023, a shooting at Cole's Flea Market in Pearland, Texas, The Pearland Police Department was dispatched to the scene at 5:34 p.m. and found five victims (two juveniles and three adults), were transported to nearby hospitals. One of these victims, a juvenile was later pronounced deceased at the hospital. The incident appears to have started from a disturbance. Currently, no suspect is in custody, and the police are still searching for the perpetrator(s). The suspect remains unidentified, with no description available. The Pearland Police Department has established a tip line at 281.997.5828 for anyone who may have information or witnessed the shooting, as part of their ongoing investigation.
