HOUSTON, TX – Houston Police are investigating an attempted robbery that left one suspect deceased and another on the run. https://youtu.be/AOdpLY8goGE The incident occurred earlier today at Vape City, located at 1570 S Dairy Ashford Road. According to police, two suspects entered the store and attempted to rob it. During the robbery, an employee shot one of the suspects, who was pronounced deceased at the scene. HOUSTON, TX – A man was pronounced deceased following a single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning in the 14800 block of Westheimer Road. According to the Houston Police Department, the crash occurred at approximately 3:48 a.m. when the male driver lost control of his vehicle. The car flipped, ejecting the driver, who was pronounced deceased at the scene. The investigation is ongoing. HOUSTON, TX – A fatal shooting and subsequent crash were reported on Westheimer Road, stemming from a road rage. Officers responded to the 8600 block of Westheimer, where they found a male victim, age unknown, fatally shot. Initial investigations indicate the shooting occurred during a road rage incident. A second victim attempted to flee the scene but crashed a few blocks down at the intersection of Westheimer Road and Jeanetta Street (9000 Westheimer). The crash involved two other vehicles, causing minor injuries to two individuals. All those injured in the crash were transported to a nearby hospital. HOUSTON, TX – A woman in her early 20s was fatally shot, and a man in his late 40s was injured during an altercation late Saturday night. The incident occurred around 11:50 p.m. in the 3800 block of Hage Street. Officers arrived to find the woman with a gunshot wound to her stomach. CPR and aid were administered, and she was transported to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced deceased shortly after arrival. A man at the scene sustained gunshot wounds to his shoulder and chest. He was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
