Houston Fire Department crews arrived within minutes and encountered heavy flames coming from two floors, with fire visible from both the front and side of the unit. HOUSTON, TX – Two people were hospitalized after a shooting on Jensen Drive in northeast Houston. https://youtu.be/iwiUDVjd90Q The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. near the 6200 block of Jensen at a nearby park Officers arrived to find two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. A 21-year-old female had been shot in the leg, and a 19-year-old male sustained a gunshot wound to his foot. Both victims were transported to local hospitals for treatment. Their conditions are not known at this time but they are expected to survive. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are unknown at this time. HOUSTON, TX – One person has died following a three-vehicle crash that resulted in a rollover and fire in northeast Houston. https://youtu.be/rQhnHUgiMus The collision occurred yesterday evening in the 4100 block of Bennington Street. According to the Houston Police Department, one of the vehicles involved flipped and caught fire. A person injured in the crash was transported to Ben Taub Hospital, where they were later pronounced deceased. During the initial investigation, officers learned the shooting had occurred outside the lounge. According to police, the victim and suspect were engaged in a heated altercation when the suspect produced a firearm and shot the victim multiple times. HOUSTON, TX – A deceased male was located in Berry Bayou after Houston Police were dispatched to the area on a report of a body in the water. https://youtu.be/Yn2G8_vaCq4 The discovery occurred near the 1600 block of Ahrens Street in East Houston. Upon arrival, HPD Eastside patrol officers and Houston Fire Department personnel confirmed the presence of a deceased male who appeared to have been in the bayou for some time. The HPD Dive Team was called to recover the body. The Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office will perform an autopsy to determine the official cause of death.
