Two Bombshells locations permanently close in Houston area

HOUSTON, TX - RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) has announced it will close two underperforming Bombshells locations and sell a third as part of a strategy to enhance the segment's performance. The company stated that Bombshells Spring at 21005 Interstate 45 N, Spring, TX, and Bombshells Houston-South at 12810 Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX, have permanently closed. Additionally, Bombshells Austin at 15119 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX, is planned for sale. RCI will release financial details related to these actions when it reports its fourth-quarter and year-end results, expected by December 16, 2024.

HOUSTON, TX – A storage shed and a tree caught on fire near Fulton and Crosstimbers in north Houston just before 1 a.m. Saturday morning. The fire was quickly contained by the Houston Fire Department, and no injuries were reported. According to a witness named "Butterfly," who was the first on the scene, he immediately called 911 upon seeing the flames. "I wasn’t going to take any chances on somebody possibly being in there or sleeping," Butterfly said.
