October 9, 2022 - A woman was hit by a vehicle outside of Heart nightclub in Houston just after 1:30 a.m. As the victim was laying on the ground, someone decided to record a video and send it via 'Air Drop', to other iPhone users in the vicinity of the accident. The club patron that showed us the video told us that they were inside the Heart nightclub, located at 5002 Washington Ave. when the accident occurred. The patron stated that she heard a loud crashing sound and turned around to see 'several jaws dropping' in shock. As they were looking at the accident, someone recorded the video and started to send it to patrons in the nearby vicinity that had Airdrop turned on. A security guard at Chicas Cabaret in north Houston saw a robbery in progress and confronted the suspect. Izaguirre of the Houston Police Department, at about 3:15 a.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting in the parking lot of Chicas Cabaret located at 9942 North Fwy in north Houston. When officers arrived they found a man who had been shot twice in the back. The man was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of his injuries and is expected to survive at this time. A man has been now been arrested and charged with the murder of a man outside of Clutch City Cluckers, a popular food truck found in the 9500 block of Main St. in Houston. According to initial reports, The shooting started when the victim started talking to a woman that was waiting for food outside the Clutch City food truck. The woman was waiting for food with a man, who is the suspect. Something did not go right according to Lt. October 4, 2022 - First responders in south Dallas responded to a report of an overturned vehicle in the 700 block of East Ledbetter Dr at South Marsalis Ave around 11:30 p.m. https://www.youtube.com/embed/cgtx3Q2KDug During their initial investigation, officers found a gun inside the red car that had major damage on the rear passenger side. The status of the victims is currently unknown, but police at the scene confirmed there were not any fatalities.

A rideshare driver has some explaining to do after he was caught drinking a beer while waiting for riders at a staging lot that is designated for drivers waiting for a ride in at Bush Intercontinental Airport on the north side of Houston. Another driver, who wishes to remain anonymous sent the above photos to us and stated that the driver pictured above was also "dancing at one point." This driver did not get the make or model of the driver's vehicle or license plate since the driver drinking and socializing with other drivers as part of a group and was unable to report him. October 1, 2022 - The Metro Police Department is investigating after a gunshot victim was found at a bus stop in front of the Arbors on Westheimer apartment complex. The shooting occurred just after 9 p.m. Multiple shell casings were found on the ground. Izaguirre of the Houston Police Department, first responders were dispatched around 10:17 p.m. to a report of a shooting that had just occurred at the Broadmoor Apartment complex in west Houston. Upon arrival, first responders found a male victim inside a pickup truck. The victim was then pronounced deceased at the scene by the Houston Fire Department. Izaguirre of the Houston Police Department officers were dispatched to a report of a shooting in northeast Houston in the 4700 block of Farmer St. in northeast Houston. When officers arrived, there were flagged down by a citizen and was told someone had been shot in the area between two houses and found an adult man, (an innocent bystander) that had been shot in the ribs and stomach area. A popular Memphis area rapper affiliated with Lil Uzi Vert was shot and killed in a triple shooting in Houston last weekend. https://www.youtube.com/embed/_D12NlUQNnY According to the Houston Police Department, Destinee Govan, who is also known by her stage name, Lotta Cash Desto, was driving westbound in the 5500 block of Richmond on Saturday (September 24, 2022) when they stopped at the intersection of Richmond Ave. and Chimney Rock Rd. Two black men exited a vehicle in front of her and opened fire at Govan and her passenger, another woman. Police were notified about the shooting and were dispatched to the 5500 block of Richmond.
