SUSSEX COUNTY, DE - According to the Roxana Volunteer Fire Company, firefighters were dispatched just before 4 p.m. to 34775 Rickards Road for a plane crash. The aircraft was found upside down at the end of a field, having fallen from the trees that it crashed into. Credit: Millville Volunteer Fire Company The sole occupant of the plane was located outside the aircraft with minor injuries. The aircraft was secured with no fuel leaks, and Sussex County Paramedics tended to the pilot, who refused transport. Multiple fire and police from the area also assisted including Delaware State Police.

Cliff Street for a reported structure fire called in by a neighbor. Chief 57 arrived on location to find a three-story single-family private dwelling with fire conditions on the second floor and heavy smoke throughout the second and third floors. PAYNE SPRINGS, TX - A 3-year-old child was airlifted after Payne Springs Fire Rescue firefighters responded to a report of a drowning in Enchanted Oaks. FOR BEND COUNTY, TX (July 2, 2024) - Deputies with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's office have arrested a 33-year-old man by the name of Emilio Cruz, Jr., who they say hit a cyclist and left him in a ditch. Emilio Cruz Jr. (FBCSO) According to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, construction workers found the cyclist on June 11, 2024 in the 6900 block of FM 361 near Pine Meadow Lane in Needville, TX. When deputies arrived they found 61-year-old Enrique Gomez in a drainage ditch and a damaged bicycle nearby. Enrique was pronounced deceased at the scene. MONTGOMERY, TX - According to Constable Ryan Gable, of Montgomery County Precinct 3, their Human Trafficking Unit started an investigation into Roman Shoffner, a 30-year-old man living in Montgomery County back on May 15, 2024, for Child Pornography. Through the investigation, investigators determined that Shoffner used an artificial intelligence program to alter a picture of a 17-year-old's photo by having the app depict what the 17-year-old's body would look like without clothes. Detectives then seized his phone and had it forensically analyzed and obtained enough probable cause to arrest him for Child Pornography. Shoffner was then arrested on June 28, 2024.

HARRIS COUNTY, TX - A suspected drug dealer was arrested during a traffic stop in the 13000 block of T.C. Jester Blvd in northwest Harris County on June 30, 2024. According to Constable Mark Herman, Harris County Precinct 4 deputies pulled over Aaron Reyes and during the traffic stop he was to be in possession of "a mini-AK-47, 2.24 grams of Xanax, 12.22 grams of Oxycodone and $11,000.00 in U.S. Currency." He was booked into Harris County Jail and charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute as well as unlawful carry of a weapon. His bond has not yet been set and he remains in jail at this time.

FRIENDSWOOD, TX (July 2, 2024) - The Friendswood Police is asking for the pubic's help to find 13 year old Josephine Whipple. Josephine Whipple (Source: Facebook: Friendswood PD) According to the Friendswood Police Department Facebook Page, Josephine was last seen on Thursday, June 27, 2024, when she told her family that she was going to spend the night with a friend. Josephine was last seen wearing a white sleeveless shirt and a black skirt. The Friendswood Police Department believes Josephine could be in danger and urges anyone with information to call 281-996-3300.

HOUSTON, Texas - A man was found dead in a driveway early Sunday morning after police responded to a report of a shooting. https://youtu.be/eB2QJCv6J30 According to the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division, the man was found lying on a driveway unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds. The shooting occurred in the 8100 block of Jutland in south Houston at a duplex. The Houston Fire Department responded to the scene and pronounced the male victim deceased. Police say that according to witnesses, there was possibly an argument between the victim and an unknown suspect just before the shooting. HOUSTON, TX (June 23, 2024) - A man died last night after a fist fight in a parking lot. The fight took place around 11 p.m. in the 12100 block of Almeda. According to the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division, the victim, described as a black male was transported to a local hospital after the fight where he was pronounced deceased. It is not known what started the argument but there was some type of altercation that led to a fist fight. No suspect information is available at this time.
