HOUSTON, TX (April 20, 2024) - Two women, in their mid-30s were shot while driving on the North Freeway. The shooting occurred around 1 a.m. in the 12000 block of the North Freeway, near Gears Rd on the southbound lanes of the freeway. According to police, the passenger was shot possibly in the neck and chin area. The driver was shot in the legs, and possibly in the torso, and maybe the arm. At this time, there is not much information about the shooting but it is believed to have happened when a silver car cut them off. For some reason, someone from that car started shooting. Houston, TX - A man is dead after two cars collided at the intersection of Mangum and Sherwood in Northwest Houston. The accident happened Sunday night around 10:30 p.m. According to the Houston Police Department, a Tahoe traveling south on Mangum was attempting to make a turn onto Sherwood when it was struck by a white BMW. One child was ejected from Tahoe and transported to the hospital along with two other occupants of the Tahoe. A fourth occupant in the Tahoe, described as an adult male, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Another male who was driving the BMW was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The crash remains under investigation.

HOUSTON, TX - A man called 911 after he shot and killed his wife Saturday night. The Houston Police Department responded to a shooting in the 9700 block of Tuffly after a man called police stating he shot his wife. When officers arrived, the man was lying down in front of the home and was promptly taken into custody. Police then went into the home and found his wife in the back of the home with a gunshot wound to the head or face area. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. The motive remains unknown at this time. The husband was interviewed by detectives at police headquarters and is being charged with murder.

Houston, TX (April 14, 2024) - At about 4:30 a.m., officers with the Houston Police Department were dispatched to a shooting in the 5900 block of Easter in North Houston. When officers arrived they found that an uncle was shot by his nephew for an unknown reason. The nephew was taken into custody and the investigation remains ongoing.

Houston, TX (April 13, 2024) - A man is dead after he crashed his car into an ambulance in north Houston. The accident occurred around 2:00 a.m. on the southbound lanes of the North Freeway near Airtex According to the Houston Police Department, the Houston Fire Department ambulance was at the scene of another crash blocking traffic when another vehicle hit it from behind. The male driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. No one else was injured. The investigation is ongoing.

Houston, TX (April 13, 2024) - Officers with the Houston Police Department were dispatched to a shooting at a large pool party at the Gateway on Cullen Apartments Saturday night. Upon arrival, they found one adult male that was shot in his head. They also found a female who was stepped on after she fell. The male was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. HOUSTON, TX - Keshawn Williams is now charged with murder after he killed a man and shot four others outside of an after-hours club in southeast Houston back in December. He was arrested after he exchanged gunfire with Houston Police Department's Crime Suppression Team officers as they executed unrelated felony warrants in southeast Houston on Tuesday. The man he killed has been identified as Isaiah Parker, who was twenty years old at the time of the shooting. According to police, the shooting occurred outside of Nawlins after-hours club in the 8600 block of Glenvista on December 24, 2023 just after 3 a.m. when an exchange of gunfire broke out in the parking lot. HARRIS COUNTY, TX - One person is dead after a two-vehicle accident on FM 1942 in Crosby. The accident occurred in the 4499 block of FM 1942 at around 2:30 a.m. on April 6, 2024. According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, a red 2004 Pontiac GTO was exiting a driveway heading southeast with three occupants inside when it failed to yield the right of way and struck a Kia K5 which was also traveling southeast. The passenger in the backseat of the Pontiac GTO was pronounced deceased at the scene and has been identified as Imanol Campos. The other two occupants of the vehicle as well as the other driver were transported to a nearby hospital by EMS.

HOUSTON, TX - (April 5, 2024) - A fire broke out at Villas Del Paseo Apartment Complex located at at 2901 Elmside around 8:30 p.m. The fire was quickly escalated to a two-alarm fire. One person was found and pronounced deceased at the scene after the fire was extinguished. At this time, the official cause of the fire is still under investigation.

HOUSTON, TX - Police are looking for suspects who opened fire on a car striking a 16 year old passenger and the driver in southeast Houston. According to police, around 10 p.m. on Friday night, someone opened fire on the two as they were traveling down the street. After being struck, the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree after running through the intersection on Broadway and Rockhill. The motive for the shooting is not known at this time. Bullet holes were spotted on the passenger side of the car. Both the teen and the driver were transported to a local hospital by paramedics from the Houston Fire Department. The teen is expected to survive but the driver is not.
