HOUSTON - Police responded to the 9800 block of Club Creek for a report of a shooting shortly after 1 a.m. When police arrived they found an individual with multiple gunshot wounds in the torso. Their gender is pending confirmation by the Medical Examiner's office. While reviewing the surveillance video, police noted that a white sedan was spotted driving through the area multiple times before someone opened fire with a pistol. HUMBLE, TEXAS - March 10, 2024 - Harris County deputies investigated a fatal shooting that occurred during a party in Humble around 11:00 p.m. Saturday night. According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the incident took place at a home in the 4900 block of Fieldwick Lane, where a large group of people in their teens and early 20s had gathered for a party advertised on social media, involving underage drinking. Upon their arrival at the scene, deputies discovered an 18-year-old man who appeared to be passed out. HOUSTON, TEXAS (March 8) - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 55-year-old man at 6146 Glenhurst Drive around 7:55 p.m. on Friday. Upon responding to a shooting call at the specified address, HPD patrol officers discovered the victim unresponsive in the driveway of a residence. The victim had sustained one gunshot wound, and Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene. Houston police are investigating the death of a woman in her mid-40s found deceased in her car in the 4800 block of Briscoe. According to police, the woman went missing in the Willowbrook area of Houston after she went to a local convenience store to get snacks around 1 a.m. After she did not return home as planned, the family tracked her phone and found her deceased inside her vehicle in Southeast Houston around 7 p.m. with signs of blunt force trauma. The exact cause of death is pending further investigation by the Medical Examiner.

HOUSTON - A 21-year-old man, Thiago Ortega Gamaro, has been charged with driving while intoxicated following a fatal crash that occurred around 4:35 a.m. on Sunday, March 3, on the 7500 block of North Freeway (North Interstate Highway 45). The Houston Police Department's Vehicular Crimes Division reported that the incident involved a white Honda Accord traveling at a high rate of speed northbound near the mentioned address. The male passenger, also 21, was riding on the hood of the car when he was ejected, landed on the ground, and was subsequently struck by one or more vehicles.
