The deceased, found last Friday at approximately 5:40 p.m. near a bayou at 1900 Nance Street, has been identified as 18-year-old Tierra Horn. Ms. Horn's body was discovered during a search operation conducted by HPD officers and Harris County Precinct 6 Constable deputies. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. Shelley Buttram, 51, was identified as the driver of a Mazda Miata and was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol.
