A 21-year-old woman is dead after Houston Police say she was ambushed when coming back from a store. The woman who has yet to be identified as police notify the next of kin was walking back from the neighborhood corner store just before 2 a.m. on August 8, 2022 in the 3700 Block of Faulkner in Houston's 3rd Ward. As she was nearing her home, a woman, jumped out at the victim who was walking by some parked cars and began shooting police say. It is not known how many rounds were fired, but according to initial reports, she might have been struck at least three times. Paramedics with the Houston Fire Department found her alive and rushed her to a nearby hospital, where she later died of her wounds. A fatal accident occurred just before 10:30 p.m. on August 7, 2022, on 59 the southwest freeway at Beechnut. A man that we caught on camera last week chasing a mini-cooper in the Heights area of Houston last Wednesday, has been connected to another road rage incident that also took place in the Heights at the end of June 2022. https://www.youtube.com/embed/jCLG0nSF6q4 The man, who drives a black Ford King Ranch pickup truck was caught on camera, yelling racist obscenities over a parking spot outside a restaurant by White Oak Dr. According to E. Rivera, who was with her kids at the time, the man was intoxicated and became upset when they wouldn't move from a parking space that he wanted after the family told them they were not leaving yet. A suspect was shot after leading police on a chase from Hitchcock, Texas in Galveston County to the 500 Block of N Shepherd in Houston. The chase started just after 1 a.m. and ended just before 2 a.m. on August 7, 2022. He made his way to I-45 and headed northbound towards Houston at a high rate of speed. One person is dead after an accident occurred in the 3900 block of Saunders Rd. in north Houston on Saturday morning. Main and I-45 on August 3, 2022. Both drivers could be heard coming down N. Main, towards I-45 at a high rate of speed. The driver of the green Mini-Cooper decided it would be best to drive into a McDonald's parking lot and circle around it in an attempt to lose the black Ford F-150 Super Duty (King Ranch) truck that was chasing it. A dog lover, A. Capurso is seeking the public's assistance after a man shot a husky named Paco that she used to foster after he escaped from his new home. She is hoping to help identify the man responsible and bring him to justice. On July 19, 2022, two dogs were able to somehow escape from their new owner's home, including Paco. A man around 9 p.m. shown in this video, whose identity has yet to be confirmed (we will update here as soon as we are able to confirm his identity) decided to shoot at one one of them, Paco. The shooter fired multiple rounds but Paco was hit just one time according to A. Capurso. According to court documents, filed in the Harris County District Court, he was arrested for kicking a peace officer with his foot.

https://www.youtube.com/embed/uyLPT7sC-Ns A stabbing occurred around 10:30 p.m. on July 31, 2022 at the Ashford Crescent Oaks Apartments in southwest Houston after a man tried to help his brother. Police say the brother was involved in a motor vehicle accident but didn't stop and kept going. The truck, which had several individuals inside, that he hit followed him home. The brother called for help and the victim went outside the apartments to help his brother. At that point, the suspects in the truck stabbed him and hit him in the head, and assaulted the victim's brother. The brother who was stabbed was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. Houston Police are looking for a red truck and you are urged to call police if you have any information.

According to a witness, the man may have been stabbed after someone hit him with a broken beer bottle during a fight. The man was transported to a local hospital but his condition remains unknown. Additional units were called for crowd control after a crowd started to become out of hand. A man was arrested after police urged him to leave the scene.
