LOVING COUNTY, TX – Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit and requested a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against Malcolm Tanner, a resident of Crawfordsville, Indiana, for alleged violations of the Texas Health and Safety Code that could endanger the public health of Loving County residents. HOUSTON, TX – A woman was killed and a man was wounded in a shooting that began in the parking lot of Club Aragon and continued to the 8500 block of South Gessner Road around 3 a.m. Sunday morning. Video footage sent to us by a viewer shows the moment shots rang out. In the video, multiple gunshots can be heard, followed by an SUV leaving the immediate area. It is unknown at this time if the SUV is connected to the shooting. Another vehicle can also be seen traveling down the feeder before reversing at a high rate of speed just before the video cuts off. DODGE CITY, KS – Three people are dead following a structure fire that broke out the morning of October 12, 2025, in the area between McArtor Road and Agnes Street, according to the Dodge City Fire Department. Fire crews were dispatched at 9:37 a.m. and arrived to find two trailer homes and three vehicles involved, with one trailer fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters worked quickly to contain the fire and prevent further spread. TULARE COUNTY, CA – A Porterville man has been arrested after allegedly setting a woman on fire, according to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies responded just before 5:30 p.m. on October 10, 2025, to the 24100 block of Avenue 120 in Porterville for a medical aid call. Upon arrival, they found a woman suffering from severe burns to her face, arms, and torso.
