HOUSTON, TX – Two people were killed early Friday morning after a Tesla rear-ended a Nissan at high speed on I-10 inbound near the Taylor Street Bridge. https://youtu.be/U6UNplin79c The crash occurred around 1:14 a.m. The impact caused the Nissan to catch fire, trapping both the driver and a passenger inside. They were pronounced deceased at the scene. Following the collision, the Tesla struck barriers on both sides of the freeway before coming to a stop. A passenger in the Tesla was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition. The female driver of the Tesla was not hospitalized and is now facing two counts of intoxication manslaughter. Officers with the Houston Police Department’s Northeast Patrol Division arrived to find the teen with a gunshot wound to the upper abdomen. He was transported by the Houston Fire Department to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Multiple types of shell casings, including pistol and AR rounds, were found at the scene. HOUSTON, TX – A man was shot in the leg during an argument with acquaintances in a parking lot in northwest Houston. https://youtu.be/Y0yOf6N-Enk The shooting occurred around 10:15 p.m. at 6304 W Little York. Officers with the Houston Police Department’s North Patrol Division responded to the call and learned the victim had arranged to meet with friends and acquaintances in the parking lot. At some point, an argument broke out and the victim attempted to walk away before being shot by one of the acquaintances. He was struck in the leg and transported to the hospital by the Houston Fire Department. He is reported to be in stable condition.
