Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide investigators were able to determine that 25-year-old Christopher Bernard was a suspect and arrested him on Friday. HOUSTON, TX – A police officer sustained minor injuries after a wrong-way driver struck a police vehicle in the earlier this morning.
