The suspect and the victim did know each other. For unknown reasons, the suspect shot the victim multiple times before calling the police. HOUSTON, TX – Houston police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that claimed the life of Ariel "AJ" Ayala on Monday, September 9. The accident occurred around 5:35 p.m. in the 14100 block of Almeda Road. https://youtu.be/33Opi8mT4bY According to the Houston Police Department's Vehicular Crimes Division, witnesses stated that AJ was riding his black Suzuki motorcycle southbound on Almeda Road when he struck the back of a trailer being towed by a gray Ford F-250 pickup truck. The driver of the pickup was attempting to make a left turn from Almeda Road onto Foxshire Lane when the collision occurred. Paramedics arrived on the scene and pronounced AJ deceased. HOUSTON, TX - A suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting of a woman and a juvenile early Saturday morning at 5401 Rampart Street. https://youtu.be/lou2P5yHQ78 Eduardo Gomez, 42, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault of a family member in the 228th State District Court. The victims, a 38-year-old female and a 3-year-old boy, were both transported to area hospitals and are reported to be in stable condition. According to a press release, Houston police responded to the shooting around 3 a.m., where they found both victims with gunshot wounds. HOUSTON, TX – Police are investigating a shooting that occurred at a park in southeast Houston.
