The victim was walking in a parking lot around 10:30 p.m. after buying tacos from a street vendor when two men, described as Hispanic and possibly involved in gang activity, approached him. The men did not engage in much conversation before one of them shot him in the arm. The victim doesn't believe he was the intended target of this attack, suggesting a possible case of mistaken identity.
