One dead, two injured after shooting at party in northeast Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – One person was killed and two others were injured following a shooting at a large party in northeast Harris County. Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff's Office responded to the 6600 block of Rubilee Lane near Smith Road and Old Humble Road. According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, deputies arrived and found a large party with three people suffering from gunshot wounds. One man was pronounced deceased at the scene. Kirkwood Road. Police said the victim and suspect were believed to be acquaintances when they became involved in an argument. During the dispute, the suspect shot the victim.
