DALLAS, TX – The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in a homicide investigation that occurred in the 330 block of E. Ledbetter Drive and have released a picture of two individuals they believe are connected to the case.
At approximately 8:45 p.m. on July 24, 2024, Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 330 block of E. Ledbetter Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered two men had been shot inside the location. Estevan Narvaez Jr., 40, was pronounced dead at the scene. Another man was injured and transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the location was an illegal gambling establishment. At least two suspects entered the premises, demanded property, and fired shots, hitting Narvaez before fleeing the scene. No suspect descriptions are available at this time.
