WILMINGTON, DE – The Delaware Republican Party is demanding accountability after the University of Delaware’s Student Television Network (STN49) allegedly broadcasted violent messaging in one of its programs. In a recent episode of The Bi-Weekly Show, an SNL-style program produced under the advisement of the University’s Communication Department, the closing credits included a “Special Thanks to Charlie Kirk’s Killer.” After students raised concerns, the video was deleted and reuploaded with the reference removed. Man killed in head-on crash after veering into oncoming traffic in Palmdale

PALMDALE, CA – A man was killed following a head-on collision Sunday morning after reportedly losing control of his vehicle in Palmdale. The crash occurred around 11:27 a.m. on September 28, 2025, near 50th Street East and Club Rancho Drive. According to the preliminary investigation, a male Hispanic adult was driving a 2015 white Hyundai Elantra southbound on 50th Street East at an unknown speed when he lost control and veered into oncoming traffic. The Elantra struck a 2001 silver Honda Civic traveling northbound. The driver of the Hyundai was pronounced deceased at the scene. WASHINGTON – The Drug Enforcement Administration announced today the results of a five-day surge targeting the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), resulting in 670 arrests and the seizure of more than 77,000 kilograms of narcotics, including over a million counterfeit pills. BEAR, DE – Delaware State Police have arrested 46-year-old Omar Mendoza of New Castle in connection with a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred Sunday morning on US Route 40 near Fir Avenue. MIAMI, FL – David Cornejo Fernandez, 36, of Lima, Peru, was sentenced today to 80 months in federal prison and ordered to pay over $3 million in restitution for his role in a transnational fraud scheme that targeted more than 8,800 Spanish-speaking victims across the United States. OJAI VALLEY, CA – Human skeletal remains discovered in the Ventura Riverbed south of Baldwin Road have been identified as Zyanya Valora, a Mira Monte woman reported missing in 2024, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office confirmed. VICTORVILLE, CA – A 30-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a collision Monday evening at the intersection of Bear Valley Road and Mesa View Drive. The crash occurred around 5:16 p.m. on September 29, 2025. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department, Charles Gilmore, 76, of Victorville, was driving a brown Buick Lacrosse eastbound on Bear Valley Road and attempted to turn north onto Mesa View Drive. Man dies from injuries sustained in August 11 Wilmington shooting

WILMINGTON, DE – A man who was critically injured in a shooting on August 11 has died from his injuries, the Wilmington Police Department confirmed. The victim, identified as Lee Morr Harris, succumbed to his injuries on September 17. According to the Delaware Division of Forensic Sciences, Harris’s death was the result of injuries sustained in the shooting, which occurred around 6:10 p.m. in the 500 block of West 9th Street. Police had found Harris, a 32-year-old male, suffering from gunshot wounds and transported him to the hospital in critical condition. The case remains under investigation. According to the Department, New City Funding repossessed at least five vehicles from servicemembers without first determining their military status, as mandated under federal law.
