HOUSTON, TX – Multiple vehicles were broken into near Emancipation Drive and Dallas Street late Monday night, according to reports from witnesses and victims. The break-ins occurred between 9:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. on the night of January 24, 2025. Witnesses stated that two Black males wearing black hoodies were seen using a flashlight to target vehicles, breaking multiple windows. One of the incidents was reported by a victim whose car was parked across from Promenade Place at 2323 Polk St., near the Dallas Street entrance parking garage.
