HOUSTON, TX – A woman was shot while standing in a parking lot early Saturday morning in northwest Houston. The shooting occurred around 12:30 a.m. in the 7600 block of W. Little York at W. HOUSTON, TX – Charges have been filed against Warren Del Unkefer, 39, in connection with the fatal shooting of a man at the Braeswood Plaza apartment complex located at 5430 Birdwood Road around 8:50 p.m. on Friday (September 20). Unkefer is charged with murder in the 183rd State District Court. The victim has been identified as Robert Culver, 63. Houston Police responded to the shooting and found Culver unresponsive with gunshot wounds inside the apartment. Preliminary information suggests a disturbance between two adult family members escalated, leading to an exchange of gunfire.
