The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office has identified the victim in the fatal shooting that occurred on Sunday night in Porter, Texas. Rufino Gutierrez, 34, was found dead with a gunshot wound at a residence on Holly Ridge. Initially reported as a possible suicide, the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Homicide and Violent Crimes detectives are now treating the case as a homicide. The detectives, along with Crime Scene Investigators, are actively investigating the incident to determine the circumstances surrounding Gutierrez's death. Amanda, who requires support from her adult family members due to her autism, was wearing a short-sleeved shirt, black and white floral pants, and sandals at the time of her disappearance.
