HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A 59-year-old man has been charged with misdemeanor escape after authorities say he fled from the custody of a Harris County Precinct 4 constable deputy while being detained for stealing a lawnmower. According to court records, the incident occurred on August 4, 2025, the same day Michael Jerome Roy was arrested in connection with a misdemeanor theft investigation involving a stolen lawnmower valued between $100 and $750. Roy was later located, taken back into custody, and booked into the Harris County Jail. SPRING, TX – Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office has charged 4G Septic Solutions with water pollution after investigators said the company illegally dumped hundreds of gallons of septic tank waste into a storm drain in early July. According to court documents, the incident happened on July 1, 2025, in the 5700 block of Pimberton Lane in Spring. Deputies said they responded to the location after receiving reports of illegal dumping and found a white Ford F-650 tanker truck with the company’s name parked near an open manhole.
