Officers were dispatched to the scene following a report that a person had been hit by a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of an adult female, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Preliminary information indicates that the deceased woman was either riding or standing next to an electric scooter at the time of the accident.
