Man sought after alleged up-skirt photos taken inside Shreveport store

SHREVEPORT, LA – According to the Shreveport Police Department, officers are seeking the public’s help identifying a man who allegedly followed a woman inside a store and took photographs under her dress without her consent. Police say the incident occurred around 1:10 p.m. Surveillance footage captured the suspect’s actions inside the store, and investigators have released still images to assist with identification. Anyone who recognizes the man pictured or has information about the incident is asked to contact the Shreveport Police Department at 318-673-7300 or Caddo Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373. Calls to Crime Stoppers may remain anonymous.

DENVER, CO – The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed a district court's decision to impose alcohol-related conditions on a man convicted of wire fraud tied to COVID-19 economic relief. In United States v. Lindsay, No. 24-6168, Adonijah Lindsay appealed a special condition of his supervised release that requires him to abstain from alcohol and avoid establishments where alcohol is the main business. DENVER, CO – A federal appeals court has upheld the conviction of a Native American juvenile who admitted to kidnapping and assaulting a minor girl on tribal land. In United States v. Doe, No. 25-9902, the juvenile, identified as John Doe, was found delinquent after admitting to kidnapping the girl with the intent to physically assault her. The case was prosecuted under federal law due to the crime taking place on tribal land.
