According to Houston Police, the vehicle was stopped in the roadway after the driver fell asleep behind the wheel. The driver of a black Chevrolet Silverado was reportedly speeding southbound when he approached a red light and attempted to swerve to avoid a gray Chevrolet Suburban stopped at the intersection.
