Officers with the Northeast Division responded to a shooting in progress call. According to police, the homeowner was inside his home when he saw two suspects trying to break into his vehicle. The man was alert, mobile, and transported by ambulance in non-critical condition. Officers are still processing the scene, and the exact circumstances remain under investigation.
