Officers located a Hispanic male in his early 30s who had sustained two gunshot wounds to the upper extremities. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased shortly after arrival. No suspect information or motive is known at this time. He was transported to a hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. Speed is believed to have been a factor in the crash. It is unknown at this time if intoxication played a role.
