HOUSTON, TX – A motorcyclist was killed in a crash at the Northline Transit Center along the METRO Red Line just before 7 p.m. this evening. https://youtu.be/DakN23uI190 The motorcycle and rider appeared to be on the northbound tracks as well as debris. Driver in critical condition after driving recklessly on Eastex Freeway

HOUSTON, TX – A multi-vehicle crash occurred around 12:14 a.m. in the 17100 block of the Eastex Freeway, involving a black sedan, a pickup truck, and an 18-wheeler. https://youtu.be/sSpnXtnJJWo The black sedan was reportedly traveling northbound at a high rate of speed and weaving through traffic before striking the pickup truck. The impact caused the pickup to collide with an 18-wheeler and then a utility pole. The driver of the black sedan was transported to the hospital in critical condition and remains in critical condition as of the last update. CHANNELVIEW, TX – A man was shot and killed following an argument outside a residence in the 16000 block of Avenue C. https://youtu.be/MLH5BcGzQU0 The Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to the shooting around 7:40 p.m. Deputies arrived to find an adult Hispanic male unresponsive in the front yard. EMS pronounced him deceased at the scene. Investigators say the suspect was first involved in a verbal disturbance with another man, which did not result in gunfire. After that individual left, the suspect engaged in a second argument with the complainant, which escalated and ended with the shooting.
