HARRIS COUNTY, TX – According to a press release from the Harris County Sheriff's Office, a man died following a shooting late Tuesday night near the Las Palmas apartment complex in the 6000 block of Hamill Road. The above photo was sent in by one of our viewers via tips@houstonstringer.com Deputies responded at approximately 11:30 p.m. on April 22, 2025, after a 911 caller reported a male shot in the grass on the south side of the road. EMS transported the adult male to a local hospital, where he died during surgery. Homicide detectives and crime scene investigators processed the scene and interviewed several individuals who arrived after the shooting.
