Houston police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Austin Pham. The incident took place at the Link apartment complex located in the 14700 block of West Oaks Plaza Drive on September 14th. According to police, officers responded to a call about a suspicious person with a weapon. A caller reported hearing gunshots and seeing individuals fleeing the scene with weapons. Upon arrival, officers discovered Austin Pham unresponsive, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics arrived shortly after and pronounced Pham deceased at the scene.
