Montgomery County constable deputies pursue motorcycle rider into Houston

HOUSTON, TX – A motorcycle pursuit that started in Montgomery County Precinct 4 ended overnight in Houston after the rider was believed to have entered a parking garage in the Sawyer Yards area. https://youtu.be/52cw9mHFIe0 Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and officers with the Houston Police Department assisted during the pursuit. The motorcycle was believed to have entered the parking garage of Art House on Edwards Street. No additional information has been released at this time.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX – Dr. Candice Matthews and Quanell X spoke outside a Montgomery County courtroom following the first court appearance of Victor Paillet, 40, known on social media as “Kandy Red Bread,” who is accused in a case involving a 2-year-old child. https://youtu.be/ySzMEpMSHQo Paillet was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault of a child and promotion of child pornography. Dr. Matthews stated the defendant appeared in court and attempted to conceal his face. She said it is unacceptable that a 2-year-old child was allegedly violated and said she hopes the child receives justice.
