Man arrested after injuring 1-year-old child during disturbance in north Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – An adult male has been taken into custody following a disturbance in the 14300 block of Philippine Street in north Harris County. According to Constable Mark Herman, Precinct 4, Deputy Jennings responded to the scene and conducted an investigation, which revealed that the male suspect had physically injured a one-year-old child.
