AUSTIN, TX – The Windsor Police Department in Colorado is seeking information on the whereabouts of Leonardo Cepeda Cavazos, 18, who was reported missing after leaving his home in Windsor on Oct. 18, 2024. Cavazos, last seen at his residence in the 1700 block of Long Shadow Drive, boarded a flight out of state and is believed to be in Austin, Texas. CAMERON, TX – A Rockdale Independent School District teacher, identified as 40-year-old Michael Smith of Caldwell, was arrested Thursday evening following an online threat directed at Rockdale High School. Sheriff Mike Clore reported that the FBI and U.S. Secret Service assisted in tracing the threat’s IP address, leading investigators to a Rockdale High School teacher.
