HOUSTON - A white Kia SUV slammed into a fire hydrant before being brought to a halt by a tree early this morning at a busy Houston intersection. The accident took place on the corner of Congress and Jackson at approximately 8:50 a.m. on June 8, 2023 in front of Minute Maid Park.
