HOUSTON, TX – Houston Police have arrested 18-year-old Henry Steven Aguilar in connection with the fatal shooting of a man found on the sidewalk in the 3400 block of Unity Drive. The incident occurred around 11:05 p.m. on September 21. Officers initially responded to a robbery and carjacking in the 6300 block of Skyline Drive, where a male victim reported his vehicle was taken by three Hispanic male suspects, one of whom was armed with a rifle. The armed suspect fled the scene in a black sedan, while the other two left in the victim’s vehicle. Upon entering the apartment, he found Rivas, her 19-year-old sister Saidia Machado, and her estranged ex-boyfriend, 40-year-old Sebastian Rodriguez, all deceased.
