According to the Houston Police Department, the man had some kind of interaction at the apartment complex near MLK and Van Fleet with two other men, during which shots were fired, before driving to the intersection where he was pronounced deceased. According to the Houston Police Department, the incident began as an argument before the male was shot. What that argument was about is unknown at this time.
