Charges have been filed against 32-year-old Sharde Renee Reed, who was arrested in connection with the shooting of a 35-year-old man at 2151 South Kirkwood Road at about 6:55 p.m. on Friday, June 23. Reed, shown below is charged with aggravated assault-family member in the 263rd State District Court. The male victim was transported to an area hospital where he was listed in critical but stable condition. HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the location, determining that Reed and the victim had been in an altercation leading to the victim being shot. The victim was transported to the hospital by Houston Fire Department paramedics. Reed allegedly informed the officers that she shot the victim because she was tired of being assaulted by him. June 24, 2023 - According to a press release from Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, Deputies responded to a shooting call in the 3200 block of Owl Hollow Dr. in Rosenberg TX at approximately 5:15 pm. Upon arrival, deputies determined that the incident was a homicide. The victim, a 16-year-old teenager, had been shot by suspects who fled the scene after the shooting. The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office also said that Investigators are currently following up on leads related to the shooting. June 24, 2023 - Two men, Larry Palmer, 25, and Gary Hawkins, 28, have been charged with the aggravated sexual assault of a 17-year-old boy. The teenager reported that he was attacked and raped after meeting one of the accused on a dating app. The court set their bond at $100,000 each.
