HARRIS COUNTY, TX - A child was struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash in Harris County. The crash occurred in the 11900 block of Suburban Road. HCSO units responded and located the victim, a child, near the roadway. EMS responded and confirmed the victim was deceased. According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the vehicle that struck the child fled the scene. Vehicular Crimes units are on scene conducting the investigation. Santa Fe man charged with felony theft after search warrant execution

SANTA FE, TX – A Santa Fe man has been arrested and charged with felony theft following the execution of a search warrant by the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office. According to the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office, on June 6, 2025, the Major Crimes Unit was investigating a burglary that led to a search warrant being served at 3420 Avenue L in Santa Fe. During the operation, detectives with the Major Crimes Unit, Gulf Coast Auto Crimes Task Force, and Crime Scene Investigators recovered a stolen truck, boat, motor, trailer, and a four-wheeler from the property.
