Police said the suspect was driving around and has not been located. Shell casings were located in front of a house in the area. The reason for the shooting is unknown at this time.

Clear Lake Patrol officers were dispatched to the location for a reported cutting. The Houston Fire Department also responded and located an adult male who had been stabbed at least one time. The male was pronounced deceased at the scene. While officers were attending to the victim, a male came out and turned himself in. Police said preliminary information indicates two males were involved in some type of an argument, and during the argument one male stabbed the other.

According to the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division, a blue BMW 740 was traveling eastbound when the driver struck a pedestrian who was standing in the main lanes of the roadway searching for a lost item. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the pedestrian, identified as Juston Smith, 24, deceased at the scene. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the driver, identified as Mark Sacra, 40, to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased. No other vehicles or persons were involved.
