HARRIS COUNTY, TX – An off-duty Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputy was killed in a crash in the 23000 block of Aldine Westfield near Wood River. https://youtu.be/OQnPFRnD_IY Deputies were dispatched to a major vehicle crash at the intersection of Aldine Westfield and Wood River. Upon arrival, they found a two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle. The motorcycle rider, identified as an off-duty deputy riding his personal motorcycle, was found unconscious and unresponsive at the scene. EMS and fire department personnel attempted life-saving measures but were unsuccessful. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
