The child, Royalte Williams, was previously reported missing from the Oakridge Apartment Homes located in the 600 block of Rush Creek Drive. An Amber Alert had been issued on behalf of the Houston Police Department after she was last seen around 11:05 p.m. on foot wearing a multi-colored dress and pink slippers. According to Houston police, the child’s mother said she was placing her twin babies into a vehicle when she turned around and the child was gone.
