HOUSTON, TX – Houston Police are investigating after skeletal remains were found in a wooded area off the 12800 block of Bissonnet. https://youtu.be/UHiyL_grLYo The discovery was made a little after 2:30 p.m. when a male in the area located what he believed to be human remains. Responding Westside patrol officers confirmed the remains appeared to be skeletal. According to police, at least two parts of a skull were visible. Investigators believe the remains are from one adult, but the gender, age, and cause of death are unknown at this time. Officers noted it appeared there had been a homeless camp in the area at some point. The Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office is expected to conduct an autopsy to determine more details.
