HOUSTON, TX – Harris County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a weapons disturbance around 9:30 p.m. Monday night in the 14700 block of North Freeway, where they found that a victim drove to a Jack in the Box parking lot after being shot. Houston Fire Department pronounced the 38-year-old Lexus driver deceased at the scene. The driver of the Toyota was transported to a hospital in stable condition. The identity of the deceased male is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. The investigation is ongoing.
