HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — Harris County Sheriff's Office homicide detectives have filed a murder charge against 19-year-old Enrique Aguilar in connection with the death of 17-year-old Angel Garcia, according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez. KATY, Texas — A man was shot and killed after a fight broke out during a large gathering in the Katy area early Sunday morning, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Deputies were dispatched around 12:15 a.m. to the 24600 block of Sandal Springs in reference to a fight disturbance. While the caller was still on the line with 911, shots were reported outside the home where the party was taking place. When deputies arrived, they found an approximately 45-year-old Black male deceased at the scene. HOUSTON — A man was struck and killed by a train in northwest Houston at approximately 2:20 a.m. near the 5600 block of West Tidwell Road near Antoine Drive. According to the Houston Police Department, the man was lying on the railroad tracks when the train conductor spotted him and sounded the train's horn.
