BELLAIRE, Texas - According to the Bellaire Police Department, an alert citizen noticed a vehicle with dark tint following him as he left a local bank and promptly reported it. The "would-be" victim parked his vehicle at a restaurant, during which time the suspect attempted to burglarize the vehicle. Bellaire Police, who were monitoring the situation, intervened, leading the suspect to flee, prompting a pursuit. With assistance from the Houston Police Department Air Support and K9 units, the suspect was swiftly apprehended. Terrance Boatwright Jr. is currently charged with evading arrest with a motor vehicle.

HARRIS COUNTY, TX July 24, 2024 – According to court documents and Constable Mark Herman, Shantrell Williams has been charged with multiple counts of assault against deputies after she evaded arrest. On July 24, 2024, Williams allegedly bit a deputy and struck another deputy with her fist according to court documents. HARRIS COUNTY, TX - According to Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman's Accident Investigation Division, deputies responded to a fatal three-car crash at 10:05 A.M. in the 16300 block of the Northwest Freeway. A large box truck or cargo van failed to stop and collided with another vehicle, fatally injuring the driver. Fatal Hit and Run (Pct. 4) At least three Hispanic male occupants exited the truck, examined the damage, and fled the scene without providing information before law enforcement arrived. Investigators are requesting the public’s assistance in locating the suspects and their vehicle, described as a large 20 to 24-foot box truck or cargo van. HOUSTON, TX, July 25, 2024 – The Houston Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Syreta Cheerie English, a 43-year-old Black female, who has been missing since July 10, 2024. English was last seen in the 4100 block of Mowery Rd. in Houston, TX. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair. Her clothing description is unknown. LEAGUE CITY, TX – According to the League City Police Department, assistance is requested to identify an assault suspect. Detective Upp seeks help in identifying a Hispanic male in his 20s or 30s with black hair and a beard, who allegedly assaulted a female in the Briarglen subdivision at approximately 6:30 p.m. If you recognize this individual, please contact Detective Upp at 281-554-1869.

HARRIS COUNTY, TX - According to Harris County Constable Precinct 8, at approximately 3:07 PM, deputies were dispatched to a disturbance at an apartment complex in the 4300 block of S Shaver. A witness reported a male, appearing to be on drugs, in a vacant apartment. As deputies approached, the suspect ran through the apartment and jumped out of a window. Deputies pursued and used a Taser to subdue him. The suspect, identified as 38-year-old Antonio Proenza Perez, had an open warrant through Bexar County Sheriff’s Office. A search of Perez’s belongings revealed a BB gun, a crowbar, and 10.5 grams of methamphetamine.
